A path spanning generations
The origins · Emilia
It all begins in Emilia, in a humble family of farming tradition. Generation after generation — from milk suppliers for the King of cheeses, Parmigiano Reggiano — we became selectors and purveyors of fine foods.
Growth · Luni
Our path led us to move to the town of Luni: here, with the whole family's work, we became one of the province's leading food businesses. A growth that over the years took us all the way to supplying some of the most prestigious super yachts in the world.
Today · Atena Bistrò
Today the tradition continues with Alessandro and Alberto Valli. With BANCO107, their delicatessen in La Spezia, the two brothers blend the know-how handed down by the family with the curious, innovative outlook of their generation. From this drive to keep challenging themselves, Atena Bistrò is born, in Castelnuovo Magra: the desire to give new life to one of the finest venues in the area.
